2nd Annual Car, Truck, & Tractor Show & Harvest Maker Market Vendor Information:

Hosted by The Patch – St. Elmo
Event Date: October 11, 2025
Set Up Time: 8:00-9:45 am

Event Time: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Application Deadline: August 31st, 2025

We are excited to welcome a select group of vendors to be part of our 2nd Annual Car, Truck & Tractor Show! This juried event offers a fun and engaging opportunity to showcase your handmade, vintage, and specialty goods to a large audience of fall-loving families and car enthusiasts.

Vendor Details:

  • Booth Size: 10’ x 10’ outdoor space, on a grass lawn.

  • Vendor Fee: $25 per space

    • This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances

  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own:

    • Tent, tables, and chairs

    • Payment processing system

    • Display setup

    • Any insurance (The Patch – St. Elmo is not responsible for any loss, damage, or accidents)

    • Electricity (no power will be provided the day of the event)
       

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a variety of high-quality, handmade, and unique goods, including but not limited to:

  • Handmade crafts and art

  • Specialty food items (packaged, jams, baked goods, etc.)

  • Antiques and vintage finds

  • Fall and home décor

  • Farmhouse-style goods

  • Seasonal gifts and handmade items

Please note: Direct sales vendors (e.g., MLMs such as Scentsy, Color Street, etc.) will not be accepted.
 

Jury & Application Guidelines:

  • This is a juried event—applying does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Vendors must only display the items listed on their application form.

  • Photo submissions are required with your application for consideration.

    • Applications submitted without photos will be deleted.

  • All accepted vendors will be notified by email.
     

Payment Process:

  • Once accepted, you will receive an acceptance email followed by an invoice for your booth space.

  • You have 48 hours to pay after receiving the invoice.

  • Failure to pay within the 48-hour window may result in forfeiting your space.
     

Important Notes:

  • The vendor area is extremely limited. We recommend applying early.

  • All applications must be submitted by August 31st.

  • By submitting your application and participating in the event, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and responsibilities listed above.

  • The Patch – St. Elmo is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items, nor for any accidents that occur during the event.

  • Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance coverage.

  • Setup for the event must be completed by 9:45 am the day of the event.
